This is a WD-only version of Hants 83.12 in its uncoloured form with an 1879 embossed printing date.
The only additions are on the western fringe where new roads have been laid out on the site of the fortifications. In the SE corner, Lumps Fort, with its magazines, is a feature that would certainly have been deleted from the sales edition.
