This is a WD-only version of Hants 83.8 in its uncoloured form.
The main addition is a somewhat faded depiction of the new Victoria Park laid out within the former fortified zone. It is uncertain whether this WD-only version has any detail that was erased from the sales version. If it exists merely because the fortifications were still present in the 1860s, that might imply a separate set of WD plates: further investigation might be profitable.
