The base map is a sales version of Hants 83.12.6 printed September 1879.
The only additions are the widening and landscaping of the new road running along the western edge of the sheet at the edge of what had previously been the belt of fortifications. None of this will have required deletion; unfortunately the printed map is missing from the NLS website so comparison has not been possible.
