This is a WD-only version of Hants 83.11.14, printed 1879.
The only addition is part of a building attached to the old King James's Gate. There are, however, plenty of interesting features deleted from the sales edition, notably the Semaphore Tower adjoining the Victoria Pier. One imagines that by 1879 it had been superseded by the electric telegraph
